There is NO tuba on the Friday night show, unless there is an encore with it. Saturday is the low brass night.


The Minnesota Orchestra is going to Cuba this weekend, and we can hear both shows LIVE audio. They probably won't be archived immediately, but they may be rebroadcast and perhaps archived on SymphonyCast at some point in the future.

Watch your instruments carefully at Havana airport - the baggage handlers managed to break my Sousaphone quite nicely!

Fortunately I was able to make field repairs and get through our weeklong tour, but it was very close.
