Does anyone have any solo or quintet video of the St Pete 206 EEb? Nickel, Lacquer or lacquered gold brass. Thanks.

Don't have a vid, but I had a horn years back and did a quick not at all particularly good recording of a Bordogny Etude just so the buyer could hear the sound. Added a few pics of the horn and uploaded to youtube.

Believe it still exists. Can find you a link if interesting.
That was a raw brass/gold leadpipe

It was actually raw brass, but the leadpipe was gold brass (high copper)
Laquered, it would look pretty much the same.

I'm pretty sure also there are more Bordogni 6 recordings on you tube (for comparing sound),
but remember that the sound is more about the player than the horn.

It was quite a fun horn
The recording is not very representative as I told you, done in a hurry, but you can hear the sound OK.

If you find one for a good price, I'd grab one. Rather that then one on the Chinese Ebs
...Unless miracles has happened to their valves :-)

I have seen comparison videos and the Chinese piston EEbs sound good but the valves are very noisy.

That is one thing
Even worse is allignement and threads on valve housing/caps.
