Will a 20k neck fit on a 36k?

Found a 36k for a decent price but it has no neck and bits. Was wondering if I could just use the neck and bits from my 20k. Can't seem to find a consensus on this. Thanks in advance.

If the '36K' is an older (actually made in the Conn factory) model, then Yes.
If the '36K' is a newer version, actually made in the King factory, then No. It's really just a King 2370 stenciled with Conn markings. [I think I'm using the term 'stencil' correctly now.]
There are some visual differences between the two. The King valves, bracing and leadpipe angle (before the neck) are all different from the Conn.
See the link in Jose's post above if you need pictures of the old Conn.
If you need to see the new King/Conn design, look at either model on WWBW's website -

The best way to tell at a glance:
"OLD" or "REAL" 36K: lead pipe goes directly into the valve block, large return loop underneath the block after the tuning slide into the bugle.
"NEW" or "KING" 36K: lead pipe goes down to a narrow switchback before entering the valve block, more compact plumbing all the way around.
