BC Duets - YouTube Duets with Scrolling Notation

Friends - I wanted to let you all know about a project I am working on. I have been writing, recording, and posting to YouTube one duet per week. The duets are recorded so that part 1 is panned completely to the right and part 2 is panned completely to the left. The music notation scrolls across the screen so that you can read the notation and play along listening only to the earbud/headphone of the part you aren't playing. In other words, you can play duets at any time as long as you have a phone/tablet/computer, headphones, and an internet connection.

I've completed 6 so far. You can find them along with PDF downloads of the duets here: http://www.tubaphonium.com/bass-clef-duets.html.

I welcome any and all feedback on this project. Is this something you and/or your students would use? How can I make these better?

Enjoy!
Zach Collins

Excellent!

(The "Download PDF" link to Duet #4 downloads a handwritten 1st trumpet part to "Ain't Misbehavin'".)

I failed to mention in my post last week that I intend to post a new one every Friday, at least for the summer. Duet No. 7 is now up: http://www.tubaphonium.com/bass-clef-duets.html" target="_blank.

Enjoy!
