There is indeed a recording out there.
Ron Davis has a Tape(possibly CD) called Solo Pro, it has a lot of the standard tuba rep for the highschool competitions (at least most of Wisconsins). I belive it is sold through Summit Records. If you can't find it there, shoot me an email - I'll be home in a week and can find my recording and tell you more about it. Good Luck,
