Wow...that was a LONG time ago. As I recall, I was sleep deprived from non-stop 10 hour flight, 2 hour train ride from Narita to Tokyo because of track construction, followed by another 2 hour train ride to Hamamatsu. Then, dress in suit, 3 hour quintet rehearsal and....oh yeah...now it's time for your interview! We're going to ask you questions that only barely make sense in English and please, give us 'artistic' sounding answers...enjoy!

Open a beer while watching this one...and let the good times roll!

What was that piece you were playing in the beginning, unaccompanied? I liked it!

Courante from Cello Suite #1 Bach..........down the octave.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

Yep, that's right. Bach Cello Suite #1. I just recorded it last month and start editing next month. Hope to have an album out by year's end.

Would LOVE to hear it featured on "Northwest Focus" on KING-FM in Seattle. They are online also at king.org.

When it comes out, maybe there could be a TNFJ campaign to hear it on the air!
