Unknown 3/4 tuba

Anyone know who might have made this.

Thought the thumb ring on a small horn was different.

The top (and bottom) bows look pretty rough. It has had a hard life, I bet the valves are not well cared for.

Yes it is beat up pretty well. The price would have to be VERY low to consider it.
