It is probably more correct to say that you can buy anything THROUGH Amazon.
Amazon serves as a store front for many stores (Woodwind & Brasswind &c.). In this case the seller is instrumentalsavings.com.
The 20% off ad reads "sold by Amazon.com" so it may not apply here where the item is actually sold by instrumentalsavings.com.
