Anybody know whatever happened to Jay's beloved Cerveny CC? always wanted to try that horn...

I checked the Dillon website and it indeed appears that the horn is listed there. I recognize the custom work done to the horn and unless someone did exactly as I did to a Cerveny 601 CC...
I hope someone picks this horn up to use. It is a very good player and I sold it because it was mostly just sitting around. It's not as nimble or versatile a horn (for me at least) as my Nirschl 6/4 but it makes an incredible sound. It's wonderful for the larger ensembles.

Cerveny 601/Hello Jay

Hi Jay!
How are you? This IS indeed your old custom Cerveny. I'm selling because the horn was just to big for the quintet and smaller ensembles I was playing in. I did have a couple more modifications done which I think improved an already great horn. I had an AGR (adjustable gap receiver) added. This allowed more flexibility with the sound and also allowed for larger shank mouthpieces to fit. The original shank was a bit small for my equipment. I also had a quarter added to the 4th valve paddle for easier pinky finger reach. Hope you are doing well down there in sunny FL Jay.
