Important Tubonium Dates quickly Approaching...

Hi All –
A couple of reminders, FYI –
First, the hotels that are listed on our web site are holding our blocks through this Friday, then opening them up to the public. If you haven’t gotten your hotel reservations, you might want to act by then to assure that you are getting the discounted rates. Here is the lodging Tubonium web page: http://www.gustavus.edu/oncampus/academ ... odging.cfm . St. Peter is a small town, so hotel reservations are probably more critical for our workshop than some of the other events in larger cities.
Also, the date for pre-registering for the conference is April 1st (postmarked). The ITEA and MBDA (Minnesota Band Directors Association) discounts are only good for advance reservations, and the Saturday evening banquet must also be done on the pre-registration forms as we need to let the caterers know an exact number in advance. I hope that you’ll join us for this banquet as we wrap up the conference and prepare for the final performance.
Finally, if you haven't checked out our web site lately, you'll want to know that there will be a mass ensemble performance, so feel free to bring your horns along!
One month to go – looking forward to seeing all of you soon!
