Are these worth it in playing condition?

Greetings,
This tuba just showed up on craigslist here in Lincoln. Tubas don't show up very often around here and I'm wondering how these play when fixed up. I've already got a little Lyon and Healy Eb (see my signature) that I resurrected. Would this play better than that one? I don't really NEED another Eb, or another project for that matter, but if I can get it for a low enough price, would it be a decent horn in the end (I can probably do most of the work myself depending on what it needs)?
