Tuning bit for Eb Sousaphone

I picked up an Eb sousaphone from my university a while back (no one had played it in decades, so they were happy to sell it to me) and have recently been playing it in a brass band. The only issue I've had is that the tuning bits it came with don't fit an Eb mouthpiece, so I've been playing it with my normal Bb mouthpiece. This works decently, and the sound is actually pretty cool (loud and bright, perfect for what I'm doing with it) but the intonation is a major pain.

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on where I might be able to find the proper tuning bits. I've scoured the internet, and the only things I've found cost almost as much as I paid for the horn, and might not work. It's a King 1260 if that helps (not sure of the year.)

Thanks in advance for any help.

The Eb mouthpiece I have has both a smaller cup and a smaller shank. It doesn't work on most modern tubas, but the Eb tuba I used when I bought the mouthpiece had a small shank lead pipe.

Kiltie, that's really good to know. Looks like the problem may be that I'm only using one bit instead of two then.

Thanks man. I definitely have the neck (in fact I have two necks for some reason) and I'm pretty sure I have the second bit somewhere, but I remember it being the same size as the other one so I might still need to order a new set.
