Mark, thanks for the feedback.
I will look at the shoulder strap idea. For the side pockets, the original idea was to have one larger for music folder and a second smaller for accessories. What has happened with this new smaller bag is the factory have followed the same specs as larger tuba bags, but made the folders pocket shorter to fit bag negating its usefulness. On reflection one pocket as on the euphonium bag would work better - and I will include that in the specs for future 360 bags.
BTW This bag was originally designed for the new Wessex Bombino Eb tuba, but as of similar height and bell size also fits the Prague well.
