It shouldn't be difficult to install a couple of butterfly valves, reaching them while playing would be easy as well...

This is new? I have the impression tubas from India have been good for laughs only, as long as EBay has been around. Have they switched from chrome plating to something even worse?

Its most interesting element may be that it is a Bb tenor sousaphone. The Indians also have made them single belled and in a helicon variant.
The sad thing is that they are all useless alone from their non-adjustable ergonomics.
