Kanstul makes one for their marching contras. It has a smaller flare than the original Conn but works fine. Expensive though. Give Lee Stofer a shout. I think he still reps Kanstul.

I purchased a new Kanstul upright bell for my Conn 20J a few months ago. The Kanstul bell is awesome! For me, the Kanstul bell offers better clarity and it makes the tuba easier to balance than the original upright bell. I can also fit my Conn 20J with the Kanstul bell attached in the C241 Protec gig bag.

Ciao Roberto,
Costano 200GBP (US $ 300).
Translation: A Kanstul bell ($400?) would be very expensive because of shipping from the US. Also true for a used Conn bell. Brian Robson makes upright fiberglass bells in the UK. They cost 200GBP ($300). I don't know if shipping to Italy would be too expensive. The fiberglass bell sounds more or less the same as a metal bell. Shipping to the US for the fiberglass bell is 275 GBP.
If you can't find an upright bell, you can turn the recording bell and play the tuba at an angle so that the bell points up.
Buona Fortuna,
royjohn
