It is this says it is low pitch, I believe that is 435, but I don't really know, hopefully someone else can comment on that.

You can also see why bloke said the 10j was in Bb, because there are two 10j's listed and the second is Bb.

The 10J I once had tuned to 440, but it was made in the mid-60s so that makes sense. The Conn Loyalist says that 10Js were also made in the 20s. These are low pitch.
