Barber Adagio for Strings BQ

I have two copies of the Barber Adagio for Strings for Brass Quintet. One is arranged by McNeff and is the one that the Canadian Brass play. While I was in the BQ for the Eighth Army Band in Korea, we played a handwritten arrangement that is in 4 time (not 2 like the McNeff), but did not have an arranger written on it. One of the other instruments in the ensemble has Sammy Barber written as the composer. Has anyone played this arrangement and know who did it? Thanks!!!
