What an interesting life this man had, and what insight he had, too.

For example, a quote from the above referenced article:

That article is well-worth the time it takes to read it. What a tremendous ode to a great mentor!
Fortunately for all of us, there are still guys like this in the business, and other guys who have the skill to write about them.
