Sticking rotor

Hi folks,

This only happens when I press down hard.

The valve is as lubricated as possible (I think).

Any thoughts?

Trying to put off taking it to a repair man as I've just moved to Moscow. If need be, I'll find someone...

I reckon that's probably done it.

Chinese instrument. Do I regret not having it chemically cleaned: yes.
