I know many of you double on the bass boner, so I was wondering with all the recent big events - did anyone try the new Eastman bass? I have one on order, and was curious to see any reception. Thanks!

Does it not come with a Gb slide? Isn't that the common set up, Bb/F/Gb/D?

Over a year later....

I am not a primary bone player, but I thoroughly enjoy this instrument. Solid build, feels good to hold. I bought the gold brass version. The case is impressive, and the Shires mpc is a good fit so far.

Good horn if you're looking to double.
