Since two people gave you the correct title, why don't you just go to one of the online music stores and do a search for it? I did and found about 3 dozen arrangements including one for trombone.

Or go to the orignial source. It's a tenor aria and, thus, is perfect for high range work or can be transposed down an octave.

There's a very cheap ($2.95) version for string quartet on SibeliusMusic that isn't haf bad:

It includes the verse as well as the chorus.
