where to rent a tuba in Chicago?

A friend is looking to rent or borrow an Eb tuba for some gigs in the Chicago area. Any suggestions as to a place to rent?

If you have the means to do it, get a used horn out of a store on approval. I would expect to advance them 100 percent of the purchase price in order to do so. You will be in a "you break it, you buy it" position, and you can always tip them on the return of the unblemished merchandise.
Aside from that idea, it's hard to imagine renting anything for a job.
