Chappot's Concerto for Tuba, Percussion and Brass Band

Is anyone familiar with Chappot's "Concerto for Tuba, Percussion and Brass Band"? Specifically I'm interested in:
1. Is it a piece you like?
2. About how much of the piece is above the F below middle C? Above middle C?
3. What are the approximate times per movement?
I can't find a recording either on youtube or on Amazon. I have found a couple places to buy the print music, but I'd thought I'd see if anyone knows more about the piece before spending $50 plus shipping.
