I sent you a PM with some additonal information, but just wanted to post that if you're willing to go to Chicago, you should check into Wayne Tenabe's shop, The Brass Bow. Rumor has it that he has done a little work on the CSO Yorks.

Good luck with Wayne at the Brass Bow. He's a great technician, but he has an almost 2 year wait to get things done. If you don't mind waiting, it's well worth it.
Wayne does do great work at resonable rates. I just got back the Rat Helicon from him after three years. If you go there ask him about it - it's his favorite story. They can turn horns around quickly if need be. Horns I needed back right of way they have always been very quick to finish. Tell them what your needs are.
They did a really nice job on this helicon which turns out to be a Holton made in Elkhorn WI. It has copper pistons and a main tuning slide that has a middle extension. This horn dates from 1921 and I'm assuming this extension is for low/high pitch. Anybody know for sure?

Eric Peterson in Minneapolis is awesome. I don't have his info with me at the moment, but maybe someone else does?
