Low g/sticky valve

I thought I would pass along a couple things I learned/relearned this week. My first valve on the wisemann has been sticking after 15 or so minutes of play after oiling. Frustrating. I did all the things I could think of to no avail. A few nights ago I was looking and noticed the synthetic felt under the button was shorter than the others. It had pancaked a bit. Push them down hard and apparently #1 harder and/or more frequently than the other 3. I changed it out. Hasn't stuck since. I guess it was going a bit further into the casing than it was supposed to. Only been two days, but we'll see. If this truly is the fix, I will declare these to be the best feeling piston valves I have owned.
Point 2: I had alternate fingerings on my mind and was trying a few in the low register. I learned I can really hammer low g with 1+3 and long 1st slide pull on the wisemann. More resonant and secure. Try it
