5th valve attachment for Fafner/Fasolt

On the Melton website it lists these horns with optional detachable 5th rotors and levers that plug into the 4th slide, has anyone here had any experience with them? I'm considering looking into one for my Fasolt and was wondering if anyone had anything good or bad to say about it, thanks!
