5th Valve tunings

Post by tubaman58 »

I just bought (used) a St Petersburg Eb (Model 206L)
As I was trying it out, I discovered that the 5th rotor is tuned as 3 half steps (1+2 equivalent) . I have not heard of this before, is it a Russian thing?
