Hello, I am a tuba student at IAA and I am looking for a solo to work on over the summer. I am a rising 10th grader who has 4 years of experience on the tuba. Any suggestions will be helpful!
Thank you!

What Mark said.

But having said "What Mark said," I'll also suggest checking out Air and Bourree, J.S. Bach/arr. Bell - Carl Fischer LLC. It's a great piece for players at many different ability levels.

what have you played in the past, and what high notes are you comfortable with?
I just finished air and bourree and I played it for my jury. That is the only significant solo that I've played. I am comfortable up to a Bb right before middle c

Both Sonata No.3 in A minor by Vivaldi and Variations on the Theme of Judas Maccabeus by Beethoven would be doable, and give you a chance to work on/show off multiple facets of your playing.
