I'm the proud new owner of a Geo. M. Bundy, Elkhart, Ind. branded Conn 14K sousaphone.
Serial is 116532
Frosted Silver with Gold wash 24 inch bell.

Looks like a Conn, sounds like a Conn.

It was extremely tarnished except for the gold bell.

Anyone can guess its age?

An the braces on the main are a bit like old vintage Boosey & Co. Class A.
If it wasn't made by Conn, it's definitely inspired by it.

Most of the one-piece Conn braces I've seen from that period have round brace feet (that doesn't mean I'm saying they're not Conn, especially since it's likely a stencil.....)

The bore size might be helpful, as I believe Conn was the only manufacturer at that time using a .734 piston valve set (if it's a 14K in disguise, that is)
