Nice bass trombone line in AZ concert

Listened with pleasure to a YouTube, and was impressed by the bass trombonist's tasteful but very muscular tone around 2:56. Couldn't see if there was a tuba. I don't have a score. I'm wondering if maybe there was another trombone doubling at that same spot (?) If that's a local orchestra in the Tempe AZ area, I'm impressed with the quality of playing down there.
