Besson serial numbers

I have an old Besson 3 valve compensating recording tuba. Serial # is 242862. From what I've found it would be from 1958-59. I'm assuming is was after B and H took over. Anyone any good with Besson or B and H serial numbers?
Conn 20-21 J
Conn 10J, Conn 26 K, Martin Mammoth, Mirafone 186, Soviet Helicon, Holton Raincatcher Sousaphone, Yamaha 103, King 1240.

Go to Horn-U-Copia and check out serial # lists...
