Identify this finger button

These are the finger buttons on my Kalison.
After some research (aka looking at pics), I suspect these are not "stock."
Anybody want to harbor a guess what they are? At first I thought they were regular finger buttons with the pearls worn out... but there is no pearl indentation and they seem to be formerly-lacquered brass.
