The mystery of the La Sete

Still thinking about the mystery origins of the old La Sete Eb tuba I picked up. It's in the shop now getting the fourth valve bearing plate installed (it was missing and the valve was hanging up). But it's a nice sounding horn.
What I know:
-La Sete was a stencil sold by a California music shop
-There may have been some La Sete instruments produced by Kielworth http://marge.home.xs4all.nl/Keilwerth.htm
-The horn has "Made in Western Germany" stamped on the leadpipe
-It is a rotary 4 valve Eb, with a small tuba shank lead (same as an old English Besson)
After staring at many (many) horns, I think it has the most resemblance to a modern Cerveny 641. Best guess on the age of the horn would be 1960? There is number on the leadpipe (not the bridge), is there someone at Amati/Cerveny that could check to see if is a serial number? Thanks
