G.Mu6 (the seller) has tons of tubas in BBb, Eb, and F that have been listed dozens of times each. I don't think he sells much but all of his stock is at least 50 years old and most of it IS beat to hell. If you're thinking about picking it up, you probably have TIME. In fact, one of his Eb's caught my eye a while back but it still hasn't sold either.

My tuba is branded as a "Sum-Spezial" tuba and was made in 1993. But in fact it is a Miraphone 186 with exchangeable bell upright and "recording". I bought it from the first owner, who lived close to the shop of Sum at Kirnbach, Black Forest region.
The shop of Mr. Sum (don't know if it was Karl Sum) does not exist any more, the new owner called the shop "MisterMusic", and has moved to another place, but still in the region.
Maybe that Sum assembled the tuba, lackered it, maybe also he made the recording bell (very nice work). But the rest of the tuba is original Mira in every detail. The tuba had a complete overhaul 2 years before I bought it, this was done at "MisterMusic", where they knew this tuba. Perhaps this shop can answer questions about other Sum instruments.
