Ashes at the MET

Where does this belong? Do we have a category for the (macabre?) or is it? Someone spread the ashes of a deceased benefactor of the Met around the orchestra pit at intermission yesterday. I cant quite categorize that act. What do You think?
Is it silly, funny, idiotic, rude, selfish, just plain demented? A sign of the times perhaps? What could a comedy writer do with this? I cant come up with one single acceptable joke on this, not even a one liner. Oh well, back to tuba practice.
Armin

I'm sure a good vacuuming will take care of the problem.
