Piston button pad material/procurement

First post on here in a while... Fun to be back!
Its that time of the year for a lot of us, one of the few times we get to take our horns out...Tubachristmas! Only problem is my Miraphone 1261 piston button pads are shot. Get a really beautiful CLANK CLANK CLANK metal on metal sound when I press down the valve - sound of the button hitting the piston cap. So the question is, where in the world can I get replacement pads? Something a local "school brass rental" kinda place would have?
If possible, would love to replace the ones I've got with the same style/type. Some sort of black rubber neoprene that make the pistons SILENT when pressing them down.... Any ideas? Maybe a dumb question, but are a lot of these piston buttons standard sizes, or different brands have different sizes?
Might have to settle for a set of felts procured locally in the short term (jam is on Dec. 4th in Newport News, VA), but would ideally like to get pointed in the right direction. Figured ask here, then bug my nearest Miraphone dealer via telephone - Tuba Exchange in Durham?
