I have recently (last couple years) been seeing those in Gard bags.
A quick google reveals that their "medium" size is most likely what I've been seeing (37" tall x up to 20" bell). Not a perfect fit because those St. Pete bells are smaller than 20", but close enough (???)

Glenn Cronkhite *had* a pattern for a St. Pete (since I went to his house to have him measure my horn to make it), but he's no longer making bags.

Waaaaaay back in the tuba.com days of St. Pete tubas, they had sold cases "made in Spain" that were kind of like those Chinese soft cases. Maybe you could go on the internet wayback site and find an old picture, if you're highly motivated?
Read as: even those were custom made, I think. Just a whole bunch were made all at once. I seem to recall they weren't cheap, either. $300 or so, 15 years ago?

The new Tuba Case
(May 98) we found a new producer - a Spain company. The new case is greatly enhanced:
it protects the tuba much better than the old one
it is lightweight (7kg, compared with 11kg of the old one)
it can be carried on the back - like a Rucksack (with Tuba about 15,5 kg)
it upholstery is rather thick and very soft
it has even 2 wheels
closed with a big zipper (protecting also against rain)
in short: its the ideal case - made exacly fitting to our tuba. And the best: as we have ordered a lot of them, we can even keep the low price of 690 DM (about US$ 380). But note: This case is made especially for our tuba (shape identical with the so called St. Petersburg tuba
. So, it will not fit to any other tuba with another shape. We order these cases in big quantities - unfortunately we can not order different forms. Please understand, we deliver this case only as a service to our customers - and in order to help the tubas to arrive at their destination without any dent !
The shipment will not be more expensive if you order the case with the tuba - but it will become much safer. It seems to be impossible to hurt a tuba in such case (the case will be damaged before

Wessex has a gig bag for F tubas that is 39" x 17". It's a little long, but it might work.

FMB (Fachmarkt Blasmusik) in Guetersloh (Germany) is the importer of St. Pete for Western Europe and makes a special gigbag for the St. Pete Bb (their article number 7053774) for the price of Euro 263,00.
I do not know, whether FMB has a dealer in USA or ships to USA itself (probably the last).

I can confirm that FMB does ship to the US. I purchased one of their B&S F tuba gigbags for my PT-10/15 clone and it's both well made and a perfect fit. The only downside to ordering from Germany was due to my choice of the cheapest shipping option...it took about a month for the bag to reach me in Minnesota. If someone does take this route, I'd recommend spending a little bit more for a shipping option that includes a tracking number.
