Cerveny Piggy Mouthpiece Suggestions?

Hello TubeNet. I recently purchased a modified Cerveny "Piggy" a few months ago (I believe it's John Cradler's old axe), and have been playing with an American shank Pt-44 mouthpiece. I'm just not sure if it's exactly what I want to be using on it anymore, and I'm open to trying new mouthpieces right now. This is my all around tuba (only one I've got after selling my Eb horn a few months back) and I've been using it for gigs, lessons, and a few auditions coming up. Any suggestions for mouthpieces that work really well with this horn? Obviously what I like on the horn might be different than what anyone suggests, but I really would like hear what works for anyone else right now! :tuba:

What are your guys' thoughts on a MMVI CC Alan Baer mouthpiece? Someone is selling one on here, and I've been intrigued to try a GW mouthpiece for a while.

That particular model is among the more frequently sold mouthpieces in the used market. Not sure why, but it might be one to try before you buy?

Hi Stefan, I sold you the Piggy. When I had it, a Miraphone C4 (modern TU-23) worked pretty well in it, which echoes bloke's comments above. Moderate cup size, smaller throat.
