Hello All,
This call goes out to anyone with an Ophicleide in the Greater Sacramento, Reno, and Bay area.
I have been speaking with another player in the bay area (Who owns a Contrabass) about the possibility of forming a quartet, quintet, or ensemble.
Really, this is more of a roll-call to see who has one, and who may be interested in such an endeavor.
I look forward to hearing from any who are brave (or crazy) enough! Please send a Pm or email.

Re: Calling Nor-Cal Ophicleidists
I'm in Gilroy, south of San Jose. I have a Gautrot Brevette Ophicleide in C, which I use all too seldom. Not sure my schedule -- and the driving distance -- would allow me to participate in a group that meets regularly, but I'll follow this conversation & see what might develop.
