Bach 1111 Sousaphone

Has anyone out there ever played on (or even heard) of a Bach sousaphone? From what I can see, Bach only ever made the one model, and I can't seem to find too much more about it online.
This horn is really a beast. It weighs more than the average souzy, even though it doesn't have a particularly large bell.

My King fiberglass sousaphone was originally sold as a Bach; it is identical to the King in every way, except that it had a Bach decal on the bell, which has been replaced with a NY Yankees logo.

I don't think Bach ever made a ground-up tuba or sousaphone of their own. They did have the tooling for the Olds 0-991 tuba which they purchased after Norlin went out of business. Too bad that horn is no longer made.

That makes sense it's a stencil horn. Bach isn't exactly known for their tubas.
