Taking this very bad photo through Photoshop doesn’t help very much. Apparently the first letter in the brand or model name is A with the full name maybe being Aria.
Aria is too common a word to be trademarked. So this tuba could be from wherever.

The tuba seems very similar to a York Monster Eb, with 3 top action valves, an enormous long 3. valve slide and is silver or nickel plated. The ornated oval may bee a 'Q'.
