Tuba harness for 'ball and socket' system?

Hi, my local brass repairer has some brass attachments that solder onto the bottom bow of the tuba. Then apparently there is a harness/ belt/ strap that locks into the ball on the end.

The local Airforce Band uses it for marching.

Unfortunately he doesn't know of the strap maker, and all my googling has come to naught.

My neotech strap is a real pain and drops down in use so i'm looking for a replacement.

Does anyone know of what I seek?
