Low Buck leadpipe relocation

For the last couple of months I have had a prototype rotary 2155. The horn is tall and obviously not built for someone of my 5'7" height. After using a Deg stand and / or a seat cushion everytime I picked the horn up, I decided a change was in order. Since the leadpipe was removeable, I didn't have too bad a time. It was spot soldered in the middle, but a quick torching easily loosened that up. I fabricated a bracket out of brass bar stock to lower the pipe 1 1/2 inches. The bracket is solid (and weighs 1 1/2 ounces) so nothing is going to shake, rattle, or roll. Below are pictures of the bracket and the final installation. Since I did not have to relocate the bracket on the bell, there was no change in tone or response. (The pipe was already off the bell, making the horn very responsive and resonant.) One of the nice things about this setup is that it can be reversed in minutes in case a 6 footer wanted my horn.

Hmm, just noticed you can see a drop of spi...condensation coming out of the horn in the last pic!
Thanks to Lee Stofer who originally gave me the bracket relocation idea.
