Re: Besson Sovereign 992 Receiver
Hello, I have a 992 dating from the mid 1980's. The receiver is large and looks original. Mouthpieces which fit correctly have included the Wick 1L, 2L, older Conn Helleberg, the original Canadian Brass "Arnold Jacobs" and a 1970's Rudolf Meinl #1. Other desirable mouthpieces in my collection tend to rock in the receiver.

Re: Besson Sovereign 992 Receiver
British made compensating tubas from 1983 and on all have come with large receivers fitting the Denis Wick tuba mouthpiece models ending with an L.
