Hi Mark,
I think I might have a jackpot for you and all would work with percussion as well!
Paul Chauvin is mostly known for his brass quintets, but before he passed away he also sent me a pile of trios. They can be found here:

They are not overly difficult, but sure are fun! Since they were meant for the ensemble you describe, you won't have to adapt anything.
