Help identifying my baritone ?

Post by Tuba_Joe »

A friend scored this at a yard sale for like $10 or $15 and it surprisingly plays pretty well but I don't know any info about it. Had a basic yamaha knockoff mouthpiece with it but that's all I know.

Definitely not the highest quality horn I've played but it works!

That is a 20i... short-action euph. The immediate identifying characteristics (other than the oval ports in the pistons) is the flattened bugle ports in and out of the cluster and the screwdriver slots in the back valve caps.

Current 'stable'... Rudolf Meinl 5/4, Marzan (by Willson) euph, King 2341, Alphorn, and other strange stuff.
