Ok, so here is the skinny. I have begun working on F-Tuba. I am playing on the schools Yamaha 822 F. I have a fingering chart one of the other tubas did, but some of the fingerings are very off. If you could help me out I would appreciate it. Either post here or e-mail me off the board. Thanks for any and all help available.

Ok, so now here is the next question. What is the step of the fifth valve on an 822? Thanks much.

It's a flat whole step (or flat 1st valve).

The fifth valve is designed to be the same length as the first valve on a C tuba. When you hold the fourth valve down, you have a C tuba, and the fifth valve it supposed to give you a good low Bb fingered 4-5.
