Need Conversion Slide Info

A customer of mine has misplaced the conversion slide for his Miraphone 186 CC that converts it to a BBb horn. I've contacted Miraphone for a replacement but they don't think they have any records from when they were building them. Does someone have one of these slides and, if so, would you be so kind as to send me some photos,and measurements of the slide. It would be greatly appreciated.
