Symphonic Metamorphosis - Hindemith; and a VW question

Hello friends,

Over the years I seemed to have lost a page of my complete tuba part for Symphonic Metamorphosis. Is it possible that one of you reading this post own SM and could scan the first page of the last movement and send it to me? I have tried this once before with great success; I hope it works as well this time around as I really don't want to purchase the part for the single page. Please send it to:

THE VW QUESTION:
Last year, Sam Pilafian played the VW concerto as a guest artist at the Leonard Falcone festival. I heard the performance broadcast over the radio. I am curious if it is possible to obtain a copy of that performance, if there even is one.
