I was wondering if anyone has used the brass exchange at all? I realise that they mainly sell trombones but they have a few tubas for sale as well. I have been trying to contact them but have not had a single reply.

They seem to have a lot of good horns there that are pretty reasonably priced.
I too, tried to contact them about a trombone they had listed a while back, both via email and their website, and also got no reply.

I have also tried messaging them on facebook but no reply.

I purchased a horn that Doug had on his web site a about a month ago. Great guy, very responsive to questions. Great to deal with! Very straight shooter. Horn arrived in terrific shape, even been shipped halfway across the country!

I found phone calls worked best.
